Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed;
- Details of the infringing material along with its location for removal;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material;
- A statement verifying the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you have received a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the removed material and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury asserting the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. As per the DMCA regulations, we monitor and take action against repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat offenders will be terminated.
